It is in this global and caring vision of parenthood that our collaboration with Alexandra , founder of Parentalité tout en couleurs , was born.

Alexandra is a parenting coach , trained in attachment theory, specializing in supporting the parent-child bond and emotions. Together, we have created a series of content to put into words what parents experience , often in silence or isolation: mental load, stress, doubts, lack of support...

We've created a simple, accessible infographic that outlines the stages and signs of parental mental stress , with resources and supportive messages to help everyone feel less alone.
