At Pioupiou Cosmetics, we do not currently offer subscription services.
However, certain products may occasionally be available for pre-order when they are temporarily out of stock or being restocked.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a product on pre-order, it is not immediately available for shipment.
The estimated shipping date is displayed on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
Payment is collected when your order is placed in order to reserve your item.
If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order products, we will generally ship the entire order once all items are available.
Whenever possible, and depending on the circumstances, we may offer a partial shipment at no additional cost.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
You may request to cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been prepared for shipment.
Once the order has been prepared or handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.
Our Return & Refund Policy will then apply.
