By placing an order on our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
These Terms apply to all orders placed on the Website, regardless of the customer's country of residence, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer's country.

Pioupiou Cosmetics reserves the right to modify, discontinue or remove products from its catalogue at any time without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.

Pioupiou Cosmetics products are cosmetic products intended for skincare purposes only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Our reference prices are established in Swiss Francs (CHF). Currency conversions displayed on the Website are indicative only and may vary depending on exchange rates applied by your payment provider.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Pioupiou Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier's timeframe, any reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Responsibility for the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
8. Returns & Refunds

Customers are encouraged to read this policy before requesting a return.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval from our customer service team.
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used or whose protective seal has been removed cannot be returned unless they are faulty or required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
