Where are orders shipped from?
Orders delivered within Switzerland are shipped from our Swiss warehouse.
Orders shipped to France, Europe and the rest of the world are dispatched from our warehouse in France, allowing us to offer the best possible delivery times and minimise customs formalities whenever possible.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation of payment, excluding pre-orders and exceptional circumstances.

Depending on the size and weight of your order, it may be shipped either as a parcel or as standard postal mail.
Some small orders, such as a single sunscreen, may be shipped by standard mail without tracking.
To keep shipping free within Switzerland whenever possible, we occasionally use standard postal mail for small orders that can be delivered safely.

Depending on the destination, orders may be shipped with Swiss Post, DPD, Chronopost, FedEx or another trusted logistics partner.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Please note that orders shipped outside Switzerland and outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other local charges.
These fees are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.
How can I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Some small orders shipped by standard postal mail do not include tracking. In this case, you will simply receive a shipping confirmation email.
Order information is also available through your customer account.
Can I change my delivery address?
